This device can be widely applied to an aluminum alloy material ( such as 1060,6063,3003,3005 , etc. ) , stainless steel ( such as 301,304,305 , etc. ) , black metal (e.g., SPCC, SPCE, ST12, ST13 , etc. ) , various copper various kinds of metal materials ( such as H62, H65, H68, oxygen-free copper , etc. ) and various other products stretchable tensile automated mass production.


The devices are suitable for 8-16 stations , automation of various shapes of deep drawn stamping mass production , especially for the length / diameter larger or require special processing procedures ( such as side punching, printing, bump forming, embossing, flange forming, roll forming neck , forming patterns and external threads , etc. ) deep drawn stampings automated high-volume production economy .
